After analyzing the needs of both management and the operator/technician, we focuse on criteria based training to maximize the goals and expectations of management and lower the frustrations of the operators and technicians.
When possible, training documentation is tied to and developed with the maintenace documetation to ensure operators/technicians can function outside a classroom environment. Database and test analysis software will be developed to show the effectiveness of the training and maitenance documentation, instructors and testing. As needed, the test information, training documentation & maintenance documentation can be modified to achieve the desired results of the organization.
