This primary support will be for use by SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego, D831 Branch, and the Submarine C41 Systems Branch.
This contract is to provide engineering services for the United States Navy and other United States and foreign government departments and agencies. This contract provides engineering and technical services for engineering, development, acquisition, test, training, validation, operations and maintenance, and program management services to the Navy and other services in the support of military communications.
The specific areas of support include the following Navy C4I programs with D831: Integrated Submarine Automated Broadcast Processing System (ISABPS), NATO Interoperable Submarine Broadcast System (NISBS), Special Communication (SPECOMM), Submarine LF/VLF VMEbus Receiver (SLVR), Very Low Frequency Communications, and Very-low-frequency Digital Information Network (VERDIN), and all COMNAVCOMTELCOM communication projects.
